Our Philosophy

Borgodoro was founded by Emanuele and Massimo, who were united by a desire to breathe new life into the village of Vermogno through a respectful and thoughtful initiative.

A project that takes shape starting from a real place, with the goal of highlighting its characteristics without altering its identity.

At the heart of Borgodoro lies a direct commitment, built on choices, presence, and attention to detail.

The restoration of the buildings, the design of the spaces, and the creation of a welcoming atmosphere are the result of a process carried out step by step, with an approach focused on quality and consistency.

Borgodoro is part of a vibrant community made up of local groups, organizations, and relationships that continue to bring Vermogno to life.

The project fits into this context respectfully, recognizing its value and contributing to its continuity.

At its core is a clear idea: to intervene with restraint, to make the most of what already exists, and to strike a balance between hospitality, the local area, and community life.

An approach to work that prioritizes responsibility, attention to detail, and the quality of the experience.

Borgodoro is the result of a direct commitment and a forward-looking vision, building on what already exists.

Borgodoro was born out of a desire to restore the old stone houses of Vermogno, helping to repopulate the village and develop new businesses related to hospitality and the local area.
We believe that this endeavor is meaningful only if it generates positive benefits for the community: that is why Borgodoro has been a Benefit Corporation from the very beginning.
